St. Augustine's Church, located in Pulikurumba, is a vibrant parish community under the Archeparchy of Thalassery. Established in 1958, the church serves as a spiritual center for the faithful in the hill ranges of the Kannur district.

Dedicated to St. Augustine of Hippo, the parish belongs to the Chempery Forane and follows the Syro-Malabar rite. Over the decades, it has grown from a humble mission settlement into a flourishing community with over 500 families.
